Job Description: Senior Programmer/Analyst Status: Full Time, Employee
We are currently seeking an Senior Programmer/Analyst to work as part of our product development team. Responsibilities will include maintenance and enhancement of existing applications as well as participation in the development of new applications systems. A good understanding of the retail/wholesale systems environment is a real plus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
	Understand and learn existing systems and applications
	Analyze and prepare application technical specifications
	Design and develop databases to support existing and new applications
	Program applications
	Test and reliably implement applications
	Optimize performance of applications
	Develop and document business flows for specific client implementations
	Meet with customers as required
	Travel as required
Requirements:
	Bachelor's degree. Microsoft certification in one or more disciplines preferable.
	Minimum 5 year experience
	Strong experience with MS SQL Server, Analysis Services, VB6 and VB.Net
	Good communication and documentation skills.
	Ability to work with a small team with minimum hand holding and direction
	Good time management skills
