Job Description: Retail Systems Consultant
Status: Full Time, Employee |
| We are currently seeking a Merchandise Planner who is looking for a change of pace. We want a planner that will learn Buyer’s WorkMate and teach other retailers how to use our product to excel in the above capabilities. |
| Primary Duties and Responsibilities: |
 |
Provide implementation and support of Buyer’s WorkMate software, remotely and at client locations. |
 |
Provide advice regarding Buyers WorkMate capabilities to our clients. |
 |
Solve day-to-day customer service issues with clients as needs arise. |
 |
Build positive client relationships by providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations. |
 |
Participate in quality assurance testing of new features and corrections made to the software. |
 |
Develop and document business process flows for clients while installing Buyer’s WorkMate and learning their individual businesses. |
 |
Travel as required |

| Requirements: |
 |
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate retail experience. Minimum 5 years in retail industry in buying, planning, inventory management and business analysis positions. |
 |
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. |
 |
Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills. |
 |
Strong problem solving and organizational skills. |
 |
Good interpersonal skills. |
 |
Good time management skills. |
