Job Description: Retail Systems Consultant
Status: Full Time, Employee
We are currently seeking a Merchandise Planner who is looking for a change of pace. We want a planner that will learn Buyer’s WorkMate and teach other retailers how to use our product to excel in the above capabilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide implementation and support of Buyer’s WorkMate software, remotely and at client locations.
Provide advice regarding Buyers WorkMate capabilities to our clients.
Solve day-to-day customer service issues with clients as needs arise.
Build positive client relationships by providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Participate in quality assurance testing of new features and corrections made to the software.
Develop and document business process flows for clients while installing Buyer’s WorkMate and learning their individual businesses.
Travel as required
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate retail experience. Minimum 5 years in retail industry in buying, planning, inventory management and business analysis positions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good time management skills.
